After nearly 6 years in the Landscape Industry (and 5 more in related fields), it was clear to us that there were many things that are accepted as “normal” within the landscape industry (and other trades in general), that simply didn’t need to be.
- We had watched client after client become frustrated at the lack of communication they received from their contractors.
- We had experienced the frustration and financial stress on the company that results from unhappy or disappointed clients, and the incredible stress of dreading the messages awaiting in the inbox on Monday morning.
- We had heard story after story of clients reaching out to service providers, only to never receive a response;
- Of contractors taking deposits, and then disappearing.
- Beginning the work and never finishing.
- Requiring callback after callback due to poor workmanship or lousy service.
- Client expectations divorced from reality—contractor deliverables remaining undelivered.
The thing is, it doesn’t need to be that way!
